Veterinary Surgeon, Full or Part Time – Bradford Idle

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and recently opened Bradford Idle practice. Based in a Pets at Home store, the practice offers easy parking and has all the modern toys you would expect of a new practice including digital x-ray, lab, ultrasound, BP monitor and endoscope. The Partner Andrew Chance, qualified in 1999 from Bristol and is experienced in cardiology, ultrasound and cytology. He heads up the team which includes 2 Certificate holders and 5 RVNs who work in a collaborative and caring way. By joining our clinical team, you’ll become part of a strong surgery dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to clients and their pets.
Person Specification


We’re looking for a full or part time Veterinary Surgeon working 40 hours a week if full time with 1 in 3 weekends and no OOH. You’ll need to feel comfortable doing sole charge occasionally and will ideally have a medical bias. Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills along with a demonstrable passion for your chosen career and a cheerful, can do attitude would be perfect.
