Learning & Development Manager
We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead and develop all of our internal training globally. Although you will be based in our London office, international travel will be part of your role. You will need to update and introduce a global training programme for all levels in our business, including delivering material to and coaching key stakeholders.
Harnham is a privately owned recruitment company operating in the Data & Analytics market. We've recently hit 75 employees and have offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Frankfurt. Until now, Harnham has either outsourced its Learning & Development or it's been divided between the senior management team. Now that we've hit a significant milestone in headcount growth, introducing a permanent Learning & Development Manager has become a top priority.
You will be responsible for both updating and building new training material for the company world-wide as well as implementing it. You will also be in charge of updating standard operating procedures and formalizing processes across all offices. The role will be very diverse and will require you to interact with almost every member of Harnham. Mentoring from well-known experts in the learning & development industry will also be on offer.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You will need to -
Have designed and implemented a variety of different training material
Be articulate and confident at delivering training at all levels
Be comfortable working in a fast moving organisation and able to embrace change
Have experience guiding and coaching Managers and Directors
Be approachable, good at building relationships and an exceptional communicator
Be highly organised, a flexible team player with an eye for detail
Ideally, you will have past experience as a recruitment consultant, although this is definitely not essential
The basic salary for this role will be dependent on experience. We are interested in considering individuals who have a couple of years' in the recruitment industry as well as experience as a learning & development professional. The role will include free gym membership, a quarterly bonus scheme and the opportunity to work towards owning shares in Harnham and even becoming a Partner of the business.
