We are looking to recruit an experienced Contact Centre Agent to join the team within our office in London Central, ScruttonStreet, EC2A.

The purpose of this role is to assist in the efficient operation of our busy inbound call centre, ensuring our clients receive a high level of customer service from booking to completion. You will take customer bookings, provide quotes and direct any queries to the appropriate person or department.

The main responsibilities within the role are:
Confidently deal with all incoming customer calls, quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.
Completing customer bookings on the Company’s in-house computer program.
Building the customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
To resolve and direct customer queries by effectively liaising with other departments when needed.
Updating the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer.
To follow up on customer calls with any clerical duties required which may include e-mailing, faxing and completing paperwork.
Monitoring and tracking consignments when required.
Act in accordance with our core values of reliability, accountability, empathy, and flair.

Ability to communicate clearly with clients and adapt to any situation.
Be highly organised.
Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be given.

Please note this position will likely include some Saturday shifts and/or weekend shifts.
