Brand Advertising Account Manager
                                                    
We are looking for a passionate Brand Account Manager who will partner with Brands and Agencies and ensure their long-term success. The role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.
Your Mission
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with Brands, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, managing campaign set up, and preparing campaign reports. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and our operations  teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. The ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and helping to grow our business.

Responsibilities:
    Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your customers, including the management of their presence on Houzz’ platforms
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key advertising partners
    Negotiate, up-sell/cross sell contracts, and close agreements to maximize revenue
    Develop a collaborative relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor
    Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to both customer needs and objectives and Houzz’ standards, including the quality and relevance of assets provided
    Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales targets
    Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
    Prepare reports on account status
    Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
    Assist with urgent requests and help to resolve high priority escalations as needed
Requirements:
    Proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Key Account Manager or other relevant experience in digital advertising (Brands or Agencies)
    Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    Strong analytical skills; comfortable with large volumes of data, calculations, and working with numbers
    Solid experience with SalesForce, CRM software and Office (particularly Excel)
    Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
    Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    Fluent in English, as well as professional level Spanish and/or Italian
    BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or other relevant field preferred
