QA Software Tester - Selenium/C#/Web API

An opporunity for an experienced QA Tester to work in a public sector organisation in Glasgow for 6 months. You will be working in a fast-paced agile team as QA Software Tester on enterprise-scale software development products.

Essential Skills:

Ability to understand complex business requirements
Produce and execute exploratory test plans using mind maps, and systematic test plans and cases.
Advanced experience in Web applications and Web API manual and automated testing.
Solid experience in integration testing involving JSON based RESTful Web API testing.
Ability to track down the cause of a defect using debugging tools
Execute browser compatibility testing and web testing (desktop and mobile)
Use of Selenium Web Driver for automated and regression testing using C# or equivalent.
Use of BrowserStack or equivalent tool for cross browser testing.
VisualStudio Online or equivalent for ALM and User stories acceptance criteria management.
Web API testing tools like Postman, Swagger and Fiddler to inspect HTTP requests and responses
Experience of working with Azure Cloud Services
